Students in class

The definition of a good student has not changed. The definition of a successful adult has.

By 2030, 85% of today’s jobs won’t even exist. AI is rewriting what skills matter faster than any curriculum cycle can keep up.

Most schools want to act. They just don't have the roadmap, the resources, or the right partner to make it real.

Teachers are being asked to teach tools they have never been trained on, while managing a full classroom. That is not a teacher problem. It's a system problem.

That gap is exactly what TomoClub was built to close.

We become part of your school's
future-readiness plan.

We work alongside your administrators, your teachers, and your students to deliver real outcomes and not a product dropped in a mailbox.

Grades 6–12

AI literacy for 6–12. Critical thinking built in.

TomoClub's AI Literacy Curriculum prepares students in Grades 6–12 to use AI with confidence, judgment, and ethics. Not just how to prompt it. How to think along with it.

Request a Pilot
The Problem

Students are already using AI. Very few understand it.

Without a structured curriculum, students pick up habits and shortcuts without developing the judgment to use these tools responsibly.

Academic integrity issues

Over-reliance without critical thinking. A generation that is dependent on AI without understanding it.

School leaders feel the pressure

The question is how to act on it.

The Solution

A curriculum built for how students actually learn.

Two differentiated tracks designed to meet students exactly where they are.

Middle School Track

Grades 6–8

Foundational AI literacy. What AI is, how it learns, what it can and cannot do, and how to use it safely and ethically.

High School Track

Grades 9–12

Applied AI literacy. How AI systems work, real-world case studies, ethical frameworks, and project-based learning that connects AI to future careers.

Available in 12 or 25-week formats  ·  Aligned to AI4K12, ISTE, and UNESCO standards

What students learn

How AI systems are trained

And what that means for accuracy and bias.

Critical content evaluation

How to evaluate AI-generated content with judgment.

Responsible and ethical AI use

In academic and personal contexts.

AI as a thinking partner

Problem-solving and decision-making with AI.

Confidence with AI tools

Engaging thoughtfully, not just clicking.

For Teachers

You do not need to be an AI expert to teach this.

Every lesson includes full teacher guides, facilitation notes, and preparation support. Teachers feel ready to run their first session within hours of training, not weeks!

Our team stays available throughout the program, not just at kickoff.

"We're learning how to create lessons that invite AI in but also hang on to students' critical thinking and creativity."

Mary Matocha Middle School Principal
Amity School District

From kickoff to classroom in days, not months.

Grades 3–12

The skills AI cannot replace.
Built through game-based learning.

TomoClub's Future-Ready Skills Program uses game-based learning to develop the human capabilities students carry for life: communication, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and leadership.

Request a Pilot
The Reality

Academic success is necessary. It is no longer sufficient.

Employers, universities, and the world are asking for young people who can lead under pressure, communicate clearly, and solve problems they have never seen before.

Outcomes after school

These are not soft skills. They determine real-world success once students leave the classroom.

They can be taught

Future-ready skills aren't just personality traits; they are competencies that can be developed through practice.

The Solution

Short sessions. Real skills. Students who want to come back.

Every activity surfaces and develops specific competencies through immersive, high-engagement play.

Communication

Listening, articulating ideas, and feedback.

Collaboration

Working across differences and sharing leadership.

Problem-solving

Approaching new challenges without presets.

Leadership

Taking responsibility and motivating others.

Why Game-Based

Students learn best when they are not being assessed.

Traditional skills programs can feel performative. Students know they are being evaluated and they play it safe.

Game-based learning changes the dynamic. Students focus on the challenge, not on looking competent. That is when real learning happens.

"Now they come into school asking: do we have TomoClub today? When I say yes, there's a lot of excitement."

For Educators

AI PD for teachers.
Practical. Hands-on. Ready tomorrow.

TomoClub's AI Fundamentals Professional Development meets teachers where they are. No jargon. No overwhelm. Just the clarity, confidence, and tools teachers need to bring AI into their classrooms — in a way that actually works.

The Context

Teachers did not sign up to be AI experts. But here we are.

The conversation around AI in education moved fast. Most teachers have been left to figure it out alone.

Under-supported, not behind

The question is not whether teachers can learn to use AI effectively — they absolutely can. It's about support.

The real question

Is your school giving teachers the specific, practical support they need to act on this pressure?

The Solution

A PD that changes what happens in classrooms.

Clarity

A grounded, honest understanding of what AI is, what it is not, and what it means for teaching.

Practical Skills

Hands-on time with AI tools relevant to your specific subject and grade level.

Classroom Application

Specific, ready-to-use strategies for integrating AI into your existing lessons today.

Ethics & Integrity

A confident framework for academic integrity, student AI use, and addressing bias.

Shared Language

Consistent practice and communication across the entire school or district team.

Customization

No two schools get the same PD.

Before every engagement, our team meets with school leaders and teacher representatives to understand your specific context: tools in use, teacher concerns, and leadership goals.

Every session is built around that context. Not a generic slide deck.

Built for you

Every subject. Every grade level. Every concern addressed.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about partnering with TomoClub.

About TomoClub

What does TomoClub actually do?
TomoClub is a K–12 EdTech implementation partner. We provide three programs: an AI Literacy Curriculum for students in Grades 6–12, a Future-Ready Skills Program for Grades 3–12, and AI Fundamentals Professional Development for teachers. We are not a software tool. We are a full-service implementation partner that works alongside your school to design, deliver, and sustain programs in real classrooms.
Who are TomoClub's programs designed for?
K–12 schools and districts across the US and internationally. We work with superintendents, curriculum directors, principals, and department heads who want to bring AI literacy and future-ready skills into their schools.
What makes TomoClub different?
Most EdTech provides a product and a manual. TomoClub provides a partnership. We customize every engagement to your school's context, train your teachers before the program begins, stay available throughout delivery, and review outcomes at the end. We also uniquely combine AI literacy with human skills development — because the future requires both.

Programs and Content

What grade levels do your programs cover?
Future-Ready Skills: Grades 3–12. AI Literacy Curriculum: Grades 6–12 with middle and high school tracks. AI Fundamentals PD: all grade levels.
How long does a typical program run?
Program length is customized to your school's schedule. A pilot runs 4–8 weeks. Full-year partnerships are scoped based on the program and number of cohorts involved. We work around your calendar.
Do teachers need prior AI knowledge?
No. Teachers receive professional development before the first student session. Full facilitation guides, lesson plans, and ongoing support are included as standard.
Is the curriculum standards-aligned?
Yes. Our AI Literacy Curriculum is aligned to AI4K12, ISTE, and UNESCO standards. We customize alignment documentation for districts that need it for approval processes.
Can TomoClub run alongside our existing curriculum?
Yes. Our programs integrate into existing school schedules rather than replacing them. Many schools run TomoClub as an enrichment or advisory period. Others embed it directly into subject classes.

Getting Started

What does a pilot look like?
A pilot includes a discovery call with school leadership, a customization session, teacher PD before the first session, 4–8 weeks of delivery with live support, and an outcomes review at the end.
How quickly can a program start?
In most cases we can begin teacher training and preparation within two to three weeks of signing.
What does TomoClub cost?

Pricing is customized based on the program, number of students and teachers, engagement length, and level of support.

Get a Proposal
Is funding available?
Yes. Many district partners use Title IV-A, ESSER funds, 21st Century Community Learning Center grants, and other federal and state funding to cover TomoClub programs. Our team provides documentation and language to support grant applications.
Do you work with international schools?

Yes. TomoClub currently operates in 10+ countries. Programs are delivered in English as standard, with localization options available for specific markets.

About TomoClub

Schools deserve a partner.
Not just another vendor.

The gap between an educational idea and classroom reality is where most EdTech fails. We exist to close that gap.

Our Story

A district buys a program. Teachers get a one-day training. Within six months, it collects digital dust.

TomoClub was founded on a different belief: that schools do not need more products. They need partners who understand the complexity of real classrooms, real teachers, and real kids.

We design programs that fit real schedules. We train teachers before the first student session. We stay engaged after the kickoff call. We measure our success the same way school leaders do: by what happens in classrooms and what students carry forward.

Our Mission

Every student deserves to graduate future-ready. AI-literate. Collaborative. Adaptable. Capable of leading in a world that keeps changing.

We exist to make that achievable without adding unrealistic demands to already stretched teachers and administrators.

Our Reach

Serving schools across the US and the world.

Founders Message
Avinash & Manik

"The future of education will not be built by those who stand on the sidelines and critique. It will be built by those who walk the hallways, sit with the families, and do the work."

We didn't come to education as disrupters. We came to it as parents, and as people who'd already spent several years inside the startup world watching the edtech bubble rise and burst. Most of those companies are gone now. They treated education like a software problem: something you could fix with a slick interface and a growth-hacking playbook.

But education isn't a product. It's a living ecosystem, a reflection of culture, community, and the deepest aspirations families hold for their children. You can't reduce that to a dollar value, and you can't optimize it with an algorithm. So we started differently. While building in education, we have been in constant conversation with stakeholders— 150+ podcast episodes with superintendents, principals, curriculum directors, and educators across public, independent, charter, and homeschooling communities. We didn't pitch. We listened. And the pattern was impossible to miss: the skills that decide a child's future — leadership, resilience, collaboration, emotional intelligence, creative problem-solving, adaptability to learn new skills — were the ones schools had the least time to teach.

That's the gap TomoClub was built to close. What shaped us as adults isn't the academic score, it is the environments that let us try, fail, collaborate, and find ourselves. We wanted our own kids, and every kid, to get that experience earlier than we did. So we built a game-based future ready curriculum designed around the capabilities no technology can replace. Not as an add-on. Not as a workbook. As the experience of learning itself.

We're not trying to fix education from the outside — we're building alongside the teachers and school leaders who are already doing the hardest, most important work in the field. We launched teacher training programs on AI integration, because educators should be leading the conversation about technology in learning, not chasing it. We developed AI literacy programs for middle and high school students, because the next generation should understand the tools that will shape their world.

"Our goal is to strengthen our systems to actually prepare our students for 'TOMOrrow'"

Our Values

What we believe

Implementation > Intention

Implementation matters more than intention. A great program that never gets used is worthless.

Teachers are Partners

Teachers are partners, not end users. Every program is designed with teacher experience at the center.

Active Engagement

Kids learn best when they are engaged. Not passively consuming. Actively doing.

Long-term Relationships

Long-term relationships over short-term transactions. We grow with the schools we serve.

The Team

Educators, technologists, and operators.

Meet the leadership and innovators building the future of K–12 education.
