Chelsea started where it matters most: in the classroom. With a background in psychology, she taught through Teach For India, working closely with children and families. That experience shaped how she thinks about learning—not as content delivery, but as something built through trust, reflection, and care. At TomoClub, she focuses on how children actually learn, what motivates them, and how education can stay rigorous while remaining deeply human.
