Why It Matters

The world of work is transforming – and fast. AI is reshaping entire industries, automating routine tasks, and creating new opportunities in ways we haven’t seen before.
According to recent reports, as AI and automation rise, the demand for human skills like critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication — the core of 21st-century skills – will grow significantly.

That means schools can no longer prepare students only with traditional content and textbook knowledge. Students must learn how to think clearly, adapt, collaborate and lead — so they’re ready for a future defined by change.

“The jobs are changing faster than the curriculum.”

We believe this isn’t just a catchphrase – it’s the reality.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the AI PD for teachers?

The AI PD is a 5-hour, live training designed to help teachers understand AI and use it confidently in their classrooms. The program is customized for each school and focuses on practical, responsible classroom use of AI

Before the training, we conduct an AI readiness survey with participating educators.

This helps us understand current comfort levels, concerns, and use cases. The PD is then customized to meet teachers where they are, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

No. The program is tool agnostic.

We focus on core concepts and teaching strategies that apply across tools, so teachers are not tied to any single platform.

No. We teach using free AI tools only.

Schools do not need to invest in software or licenses to apply what teachers learn.

No prior experience is required.

The program starts with foundational concepts and builds confidence step by step.

The program covers:
  • How AI tools work, in simple terms
  • Academic integrity, bias, and AI hallucinations
  • Ethical and responsible classroom use
  • Practical strategies for planning, assessment, and personalization
Everything is grounded in real teaching practice.
Teachers receive templates, prompts, and step-by-step guides, along with access to a Slack community and weekly newsletter for continued support.
Program outcomes include:
  • 93% of teachers gaining confidence within two weeks
  • 8+ hours saved per week through practical AI use
  • High adoption because strategies are easy to apply immediately

Preparing students for the future isn’t something schools can do on the side. And supporting teachers can’t be an afterthought.

What actually works is an approach that looks at the whole picture – students, teachers, and classrooms – together. That’s where TomoClub comes in!

It’s designed to fit into real school days.

  • AI Literacy Curriculum — for students: teaches AI basics, digital safety, and critical thinking
  • Future-Ready Skills Curriculum — builds life skills: collaboration, communication, leadership, adaptability
  • AI Fundamentals PD — supports teachers: trains them to use AI responsibly, integrate new methods, and guide real classroom change
This integrated model is designed to be realistic, sustainable, and whole-school — so your school doesn’t just survive the future, it thrives in it.
