All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). TomoClub reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
TomoClub does not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials on its servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-compliant third-party processors.
Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize TomoClub to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the process described in your membership confirmation email or by contacting us at info@tomoclub.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time unless otherwise required by law.
All digital product sales (ebooks, downloadable content, digital courses) are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable law. For membership subscriptions and event registrations, refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase and before accessing the associated content. Schools, school districts, and institutions purchasing on behalf of educators or students represent and warrant that they have the authority to enter into this agreement and that all designated users will comply with these Terms. Institutional licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared beyond the authorized scope of the purchase.
